individuals to explore emotional challenges that may be affecting their
wellbeing or work life.

Format:
• 45–60 minute sessions

Our one-to-one sessions are designed to support emotional regulation, clarity and inner steadiness. We work gently with stress, overwhelm, anxiety, emotional fatigue, unresolved experiences and the quieter inner struggles that are often hard to articulate.
This is not about quick fixes or labels. It is about understanding emotional patterns, softening internal pressure and restoring a sense of balance at a pace that feels right for you.
