Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for services already given. In the event that you are cancelling an appointment for consultation or a training program for which an advance payment has been made by you, you will be entitled to 90% of the fees paid as refund if your cancellation is recorded by email at least 15 days prior to commencement of the course or 1 day before the scheduled appointment.
There will be no refund for any cancellations after this period.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your cancellation is received, we will send you an email or sms to notify you that we have received your cancellation request.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 3 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
