Emotional Wellbeing Support at RedesignedThinking

  1. What type of service does RedesignedThinking provide?

We provide confidential emotional wellbeing support for individuals and organisations. Our work focuses on helping people manage stress, emotional overload and internal pressure in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space.

We do not offer therapy, diagnosis or clinical mental health treatment. Our services are supportive, preventative and complementary in nature.

  1. Who is this service suitable for?

Our services are suitable for:

  • Employees experiencing stress, overwhelm or emotional fatigue
  • Leaders and managers carrying high levels of responsibility
  • HR and People teams seeking additional emotional support for staff
  • Organisations that value wellbeing, retention and healthy work cultures

Our work is appropriate for individuals at all levels of an organisation.

  1. Is this a form of therapy or counselling?

No.
We do not provide psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis or treatment for mental illness.

Our sessions focus on emotional regulation, self-awareness and resilience, offering a supportive space for individuals to process emotional experiences in a grounded and respectful way.

Where appropriate, we may encourage individuals to seek clinical support alongside our work.

  1. What approach do you use?

Our work is informed by Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and trauma-aware principles. The approach is gentle, non-invasive and centred on emotional safety.

We focus on:

  • Reducing emotional intensity
  • Supporting nervous system regulation
  • Increasing clarity and emotional steadiness

All sessions are adapted to the individual and conducted at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

  1. How are sessions delivered?

Sessions can be delivered:

  • Online (via secure video call)
  • In person (where agreed and appropriate)

Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and can be offered as:

  • One-off sessions
  • Short-term support
  • Ongoing wellbeing support

  6. Is what is shared in sessions confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is fundamental to our work.

We do not share session content with employers or managers.
Only non-identifying, high-level insights may be shared (if agreed in advance) to support organisational wellbeing planning

  1. How does this benefit the organisation?

Organisations often observe:

  • Improved emotional regulation and focus
  • Reduced stress-related absence
  • Increased engagement and morale
  • Better communication and interpersonal awareness
  • A stronger culture of care and trust

Supporting emotional wellbeing contributes to healthier, more sustainable workplaces.

  1. How is this different from Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs)?

While EAPs often focus on crisis support or short-term interventions, our work offers:

  • Continuity of care
  • A consistent, relationship-based approach
  • Deeper emotional support without clinical framing
  • A calm, non-transactional experience

We complement existing EAPs rather than replace them.

  1. How do we get started?

The process is simple:

  1. Initial conversation to understand your organisation’s needs
  2. Tailored proposal outlining support options
  3. Agreement & onboarding
  4. Commencement of support

All engagement begins with a confidential, no-obligation conversation.

  1. What size organisations do you work with?

We work with:

  • Small and medium-sized organisations
  • Growing businesses
  • Purpose-led organisations
  • Leadership teams

Support is tailored to suit your size, structure and culture.

  1. Is this suitable for remote or hybrid teams?

Yes. Our services work very effectively with remote and hybrid teams and are designed to be accessible regardless of location.

  1. How do we enquire or book a conversation?

You can begin by booking a confidential discovery conversation.
